Use this form if you already know the stock numbers of the items
you wish to order.
1 - Using all upper case letters when appropriate, fill
in the stock numbers and the quantities,
2 - Press the "Fill / Refresh" button at the bottom
to see that you entered everything accurately,
3 - When you're satisfied, press the "Add All Items
To Cart" button.
You can continue to enter items, or proceed to the shopping
cart to complete your order. Note: set the Qty to zero
to remove an item.
